Many companies already use AI. Few use its full potential.

You get a measurable result, not a concept paper.

Our services, tailored to your company.

Custom software for your processes

We build tools that fit one of your processes exactly, and integrate them where your people already work.

Standard software solves standard problems. But most of what costs time in a mid-sized company is not standard. Our software is built around your specific processes and makes your company more productive.

We look at your processes and work out the benefit before we build anything: what shows up in the P&L, what improves cash flow, and what only feels like relief.

That calculation also sets our price. Where the benefit can be measured, we receive a share of the savings that actually materialise, for twelve months. We agree the baseline and the method of measurement with you in writing before the project starts, and we measure together. If that only works in part, we combine a success share with billing for time. If it does not work at all, we bill by the hour at €100 net per hour.

A tool is only useful if it can reach your data. We connect it to what you already run: ERP, accounting, file storage, email and much more. What gets processed is agreed in writing beforehand. You decide where your data lives.

Four tools we have built that are in use today. What makes sense for you follows from your processes, not from this list.

Controlling tool with dashboard
A consulting team’s projects and open quotes in one view: traffic lights for whatever is stalling, a quarterly forecast with three scenarios and an analysis by topic. Connected to the existing data storage, with input and output in both directions.
Sales tool for customer meetings
Total cost of ownership calculated over the full service life, alongside a comparison with the customer’s alternatives. With a presentation view that sales opens during the meeting instead of building a slide afterwards.
Turning custom invoices into e-invoices
A tool that converts long-established invoice formats into the legally compliant format, without having to rebuild the invoicing process behind them.
Quotes from a configurator
The prospect answers a few questions about their situation online. This produces a costed quote that lands in the system and reaches the customer as a finished email. Sales reviews instead of typing.

Websites

An online presence that fits your company.

Many mid-sized companies have a website that was good years ago. It loads slowly, looks awkward on a phone, and new customers wonder whether you still exist.

There are two ways to fix that. A modernisation keeps the structure and content of your site and makes it more modern and interactive. A new website we build from the ground up for your company. Not a bought theme with your logo dropped in, but a structure shaped by your business: what you sell, who you are looking for, what a visitor wants to know first. Fast, on every device, GDPR-compliant and with a proper legal notice.

You see a draft first. Free and with no obligation. If you don’t like it, that is the end of it. If you do, you get a quote. A modernisation starts at €500, a new website at €1,500; the exact price depends on scope and depth. Accessibility is not included and can be booked as a separate module from €500. Payment is due after your acceptance. All prices are net, plus VAT; our services are aimed exclusively at businesses, not consumers.

You receive the finished site as a folder, with source code and full rights of use. Hosting and domain run through your own provider, so you stay independent of us.

Training and workshops

Your people learn to use AI in their own day-to-day work. Training provides the knowledge, the workshop applies it to your own case.

We deliberately distinguish between two formats.

Training is about knowledge: how these tools work, what they can and cannot do, which data may go into them and which must never. The aim is to give your people an understanding of and a feel for AI, so that they use it in their daily work. The training is a talk at your premises for up to 30 participants, with handout, recording and certificate of attendance. Its structure is standardised and only lightly adapted to your company. Exercises on your own case belong in the workshop.

A workshop produces a result. We work with your people on a real use case from your company and apply the tools live to your own problem. At the end there is something on the table: an assessed use case, a first prototype or a documented process. To make that work, the group stays small: up to 8 participants with one trainer, up to 12 with both of us.

All sessions take place at your premises. Prices are per session, net, plus VAT. Our services are aimed exclusively at businesses, not consumers. We do not charge for travel time; travel expenses depend on the distance.

It starts with a free intro call: thirty minutes by video, once per company.

Short training
from €290
Two to seven hours, up to 30 participants. €290 for the first two hours, €100 for each additional hour. With handout, recording and certificate of attendance.
Full-day training
€800
Eight hours, up to 30 participants. With handout, recording and certificate of attendance.
Workshop, half day
€690
Four hours on a use case from your company. Up to 8 participants, up to 12 with both trainers.
Workshop, full day
€1,190
Like the half day, with more room for your use case.
Multi-day workshop
from €1,400
From one and a half days. The first day costs €1,000, each additional day €800, a half day €400.

You decide where your data lives.

Not every use case needs the same answer. That is why we settle it before we build.

Entirely on your premises.

The model runs on your hardware and nothing leaves the building. For many tasks that is enough. Such models are, however, less capable than the large ones.

In a German data centre.

Your data stays in Germany, and its operation is governed by contract.

With an external model.

For tasks where the large providers are clearly better. In that case we tell you beforehand which data goes there and which does not.

Four steps to results.

Analysis

We look at your processes and talk to the people who work with them every day. Not just to management.

Business case

You get concrete proposals with estimated effort, expected benefit and a clear recommendation of where to start.

Implementation

We build, you sign off. Where the benefit can be measured, you pay based on results. Then we expand, or we don’t. You decide afresh after every step.

What sets us apart

Process first, then the tool.

We start with your process, not the technology. What helps follows from that. Sometimes it is AI, sometimes something simpler.

An outside view.

When you are inside the same process every day, you stop seeing where it gets stuck. We see it, and we can compare it with companies of a similar size.

The numbers come first.

What a process costs today and what a change would bring is on the table before anything is built. If it does not pay off, we advise against it.

Advice and implementation from one source.

No concept for which you then have to find someone to implement it.

Two people who would rather deliver measurable results than just give advice.

Expert in AI applications and process automation.

We have built software and automations for companies and integrated them into existing systems, we have built websites, and we have run AI training sessions. In each of these roles, the hardest part was rarely the technology. It was the question of which problem to solve in the first place.

That is why we start with the process for every client. The tool comes after.

What you probably want to ask

Training and workshops have fixed prices: a short training from €290, a full-day training €800, a workshop €690 for a half day and €1,190 for a full day. A website starts at €500 for a modernisation and at €1,500 for a new site.

For software, we aim to be paid on results, with a share of the savings that actually materialise. Where that is not possible, we bill €100 per hour. Usage costs of the AI providers run through your own contracts; we do not pay anything on your behalf.

The intro call is free. All prices are net, plus VAT. Our services are aimed exclusively at businesses, not consumers.

A software project takes four to six weeks. A website depends on its scope. A training session lasts two to eight hours, a workshop from half a day to several days. We plan larger projects in stages, so you never wait more than a few weeks for a visible result.
That is your decision. Some solutions run entirely in-house, others in a German data centre. Where an external model is needed, we tell you before the project starts which data goes there and which does not.
No. We work with your existing systems and take care of the technical side. If you have an IT team, we involve them early. They usually become our most important ally.
Copilot has its place. It sits in Word, Outlook and Teams and speeds up everyday writing. Our work starts somewhere else: how a quote is costed at your company, what is in ten years of service reports, whether an incoming invoice matches the purchase order. That is a different task. So we usually work alongside Copilot, not instead of it.

Article 4 of the AI Act requires companies that use or provide AI to promote the AI literacy of the people working with it: employees as well as external staff acting on your behalf. Our training covers this. Contrary to what is often claimed, a breach of Article 4 does not directly carry a fine, and there is no recognised certification standard. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you fear.

What really matters are two dates. The transparency obligations under Article 50 have applied since 2 August 2026, and from 2 December 2026 for systems that were already running before. From 2 December 2027, the requirements for high-risk applications follow, for example in recruitment. These obligations do carry fines. Some practices have long been prohibited, such as emotion recognition in the workplace since February 2025.

We bring order to your obligations: which systems you use, which role you are in, what needs to be done by when. The legal assessment of an individual case belongs with a lawyer; we take care of the organisational implementation.

With software, it does not depend on headcount but on how often a process occurs. One that comes up thirty times a day pays off even with eighty employees. One that occurs twice a week will not pay off even with five hundred. For training and workshops, your size hardly matters.
Then you keep the result, and we have still worked well together. We do not tie anyone in with contracts, only with results.
No. In every system we build, the decision stays with a person. Our tools produce drafts and suggestions. Sending, approving and posting is done by your people. That is legally sound, and it is the reason such systems actually get used day to day.
We are two people, so it is a fair question. Whatever we build specifically for you belongs to you, including the source code. For our general, pre-existing components you receive a right of use. The solution runs under your name, on your own infrastructure or with a provider of your choice. You decide who develops it further.

Process first. Then AI.

Thirty minutes, no obligation.

No sales pitch, no presentation. You tell us where things get stuck, and we tell you honestly whether and how we can help. If we can’t, we will say so.
